披萨, 豌豆汤, 腊鸭白豆汤 - Pizza Margarita, split pea soup & white bean soup
自从我自己在养天然酵种后, 就常常要想办法用它, 做pizza dough 用得多点, 就常做它, 那天的几个大饼就是用这个方子的.

Sourdough pizza dough:
This recipe makes two 12-14″ thin crust pizzas and calls for:
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose or bread flour
• 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
• 1-3 Tbs water (see video)
• 2 Tbs olive oil
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• Toppings

Pizza Margarita:
Topping: Parmesan cheese, fresh Oregano, tomato, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil, olive oil, salt & pepper
烤箱预热500F , 石板也一起预热至少20分钟, 烤 12-15 min
多说一声, 如果你喜欢加州的有点发面的皮,就等面皮多醒一下再加topping 和烤, 如果爱吃NY thin pizza crust, 就杆平后马上放 topping 进烤箱烤.

干豌豆泡软,
火腿肉切碎炒焦香, 加洋葱, 芹菜, 红椒, 胡萝卜炒软, 加豆, 鸡汤, 香叶, oregano, Parmesan cheese rind, 番茄丁, 盖盖焖煮酥烂, 撇沫和油, 取出香叶, 加盐和胡椒调味, 撒欧芹,

腊鸭白豆汤:
干白豆 加1/2 tsp baking soda泡软, 冲净, 沥干, 加腊鸭, 香料 (rosemary, thyme, bay leave), 水, 煮1小时, 至豆软,
取出鸭, 撕下肉, 骨头扔回到豆汤里,
培根用点橄榄油炒焦出油, 加洋葱, 芹菜, 胡萝卜, 蒜, 炒软, 加鸭肉再炒, 全部倒入豆汤里, 再焖煮酥烂, 撇沫和油, 取出香料, 加盐和胡椒调味,
配了烤脆的迷迭香土豆面包.

这两个汤不加火腿和腊鸭的话, 用素高汤来做, 给吃素的人很好, 豆和蔬菜都挺多的.
