豆酥雪鱼,芦笋炒鲜香菇,日式咖哩排骨,榄角蒸鲈鱼,XO酱炒芥菜,八宝粥

上三个简单的晚餐 -


豆酥雪鱼—

这也是常做的菜, 还是写写做法吧,

雪鱼用盐, 酒, 腌大概10分钟, 放在垫了葱段盘里,上面放姜片, 进滚水蒸锅,中火(火不要太大,火太大鱼肉会失水太快,发裂)蒸10分钟. 取出鱼放干净盘(是为了弃去水和用过的葱姜),

另用锅加油炒香, 蒜末, 姜末, 葱花, 加豆酥酱, 一点糖, 一勺辣酱, 炒炒, 到在鱼上.

这个豆酥酱很好吃, 直接用来拌面,饭吃都好, 一直想自己来学做它, LG说省点力气吧, 就乖乖地听话啦.

芦笋炒鲜香菇 -

炒锅烧热下油, 炒香蒜末,姜末, 加鲜香菇炒几下, 加芦笋炒, 加点盐, 糖, 味精, 就好了.

日式咖哩排骨-

大排, 拍拍, 洒点盐和胡椒, 粘上面粉, 用油两面煎金黄,倒入酒, 鸡汤, 焖烧到筷子能轻便插入, 加洋葱,胡萝卜, 红椒, 萍果, 再焖到 菜软了, 就加入咖哩块, 一点椰奶, 拌匀就好了.

Costco 有很新鲜的伺养的striped bass, 弄得很干净, 鳞也刮了, 用榄角来蒸它, 很棒,

XO酱炒芥菜-

油炒香蒜, 加XO酱炒香, 加芥菜, 一点糖, 盐, 水, 焖一下就好了.

八宝粥-

蓮子, 黑棗, 红枣, 龍眼干, 薏米, 去皮緣豆, 紅豆, 黑豆, 黄豆, 白豆, 糯米, 核桃, 白圆米和长米,绿糯小米, 苟芪, 杂豆

上次答应要做八宝粥, 当早餐吃了一个星期了, 还要做, 好吃又健康.
