烤小鸡醸米饭 - Cornish hens with wild rice stuffing, Ratatouille, Cherry Clafoutis
这个晚饭也是做得很满意, 很成功的, 要跟大家分享一下, 上次做过几样醸葫芦瓜和鸡脯, 这个也是大同小异的, 用一般的米饭也行, 用面包也行.
烤小鸡醸米饭 - Cornish hens with wild rice stuffing
野米馅, Wild rice stuffing:
材料:
半杯野米, wild rice
一杯长糙米, brown basmati rice,
三杯鸡汤, chicken broth
洋葱, Onion,切碎,
芹菜, 切碎, Celery,
胡箩卜, 削皮, 切碎, Carrots,
百里香, 取叶, Thyme,
胡桃仁,切碎, Pecan,
蔓莓干, dried Cranberries,
盐,胡椒, Salt & pepper,
做法:
- 用鸡汤跟米煮熟, 用电锅糙米挡,
- 用橄榄油炒软 洋葱, 芹菜, 胡箩卜, 拌入百里香, 胡桃仁, 蔓莓干, 盐, 胡椒, 和米饭.
- 小鸡清理干净, 里外擦干, 抹盐, 胡椒, 和 meat/poultry grill seasonings, 腌 1 小时, 填入米馅, 外面刷上橄榄油, 进 400F 烤箱roast 45-50 分钟.
多出的馅放盘里加点鸡汤, 盖好, 进微波炉加热就好了.

烤蔬菜杂烩, Ratatouille – 很好吃, 儿子第二天还问我有剩的吗, 真是太阳从西边出,平时最不爱吃剩菜和蔬菜的人. 不过这个菜吃剩的还真的更好吃呢.
材料:
茄子, Eggplant, 切片,
胡芦瓜, zucchini, 切片
番茄, tomatoes, 切片, 还加了一罐14.5 oz diced tomatoes
洋葱, onion, 切丝,
烤红椒, Roasted red bell peppers, 切丝
日晒番茄干丝, Sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil, 这个放得很好.
百里香, 取叶, Fresh thyme,
初榨橄榄油, EV Olive oil
盐,胡椒, Salt & pepper
做法:
把材料分层放入烤盘, 进375F烤箱, 烤40分种, 中间要翻动2次,

法式樱桃烤布丁, Cherry Clafoutis – 很简单很好吃的甜点, 少放点糖的话可当早餐吃.
材料和做法:
3 cup (1LB) thawed frozen pitted cherries, 解冻的樱桃
2TB butter for coating the baking dish, 黄油用来抹在烤盘上,
打匀着两样:
1 cup sugar, 糖,
4 eggs, 蛋,
加入:
1 ¾ cup half & half, 半奶油,
2 tsp vanilla extract, 香草精,
筛入:
1 cup AP flour, 面粉,
1tsp baking powder, 泡打粉,
Pinch of salt, 盐,
拌入:
Grated zest of 1 lemon, 柠檬皮屑,
烤盘抹上黄油倒入樱桃, 把其他材料和匀倒入烤盘,进400F烤30-35分钟.
成品洒上:
Confectioners’ sugar for dusting
