意式的烤饼 - Focaccia
Focaccia , Italian flat bread, 跟披萨很像, 就是撒点盐和香料就可以吃的饼, 我这次用了pesto sauce, 自己做的, 今年最后一次收成的basil, 就打成了泥,
Pesto sauce:
Basil leaves, garlic, parmesan cheese, pine nuts (best if toasted), extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
还加了 Sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, rosemary.
用面包机发的面, 然后就在烤盘里倒入橄榄油, 用手把面压平, 上面放上你喜欢的料, 再第二次发酵, 约1小时, 我用烤箱发好后取出. 再预热烤箱到425F, 烤15分钟, 表面金黄, 就好了.
吃时可再加点料,
配个沙拉, 晚饭就解决了. 没吃太多肉吧.
面包机发面材料如下:
1 cup water, warm
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups Bread Flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place all of the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine. Program for Dough and press Start.
