美式肉臊 - All-American Beef Chili

响应大妈猪的号召, 同时给活动助兴, 来个入乡随俗的菜, 其实我家够土洋结合啦.

美式肉臊 - All-American Beef Chili


材料:

4 条培根, 切小快, slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
2 大勺橄榄油,
1 个红椒切碎,
2 个洋葱, 切碎,
6 粒大蒜,切碎,
2 LB 碎牛肉,
1/4 杯 混合香辣粉, chili powder (干香料)
1 TB 孜然粉, cumin powder (干香料)
1 tsp 辣椒粉, cayenne pepper (干香料)
2 罐头 (14.5 oz) 碎蕃茄
2罐头 (14.5 oz) 蕃茄酱
4 条”酱烟熏干辣椒”剁成泥, chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce(当心, 很辣的)
盐, 黑胡椒适量

1 LB 杂豆, 泡过夜,


做法:

烧热可进烤箱的铁锅, 炒培根出油, 加洋葱,大蒜, 炒香,
然后放入红椒炒软, 加入干香料炒香, 加入绞牛肉馅,炒变色,
再加豆, 蕃茄和蕃茄酱, 烟熏干辣椒泥, 烧滚, 盖盖,

进烤盘325F大概一小时, 然后拿出来用勺舀掉表面的油, 开盖再烤1小时, 加盐和胡椒调味.

配鲜蕃茄丁, 帢特气司, 酸奶油, 小香葱, 和面包.
