清炒虾仁-
我用了costco 的冻虾仁, 皮和沙肠都去掉了, 用盐巴搓洗, 用清水洗净, 用纸巾擦干水, 加盐, 酒, 姜片, 葱段, 白胡椒,和蛋清, 好好捏起泡, 再加淀粉, 用温油滑变色, 加点糖, 鸡粉拌匀就起锅.
素鸡炒肉片-
仂脊肉片用酒,盐,胡椒, 太白粉,抓过, 进6成热的油锅, 滑段生,取出,
热油锅,下姜片,葱段,炒香, 放胡萝卜片略炒软,加黑木耳炒几下, 加点胡椒, 绍酒, 盐,糖, 放素鸡片,一点鸡汤焖一下,下肉片, 翻炒匀, 勾欠, 淋点麻油就好了.
素鸡丝炒韭黄和肉丝-
仂脊肉丝用酒,盐,胡椒, 太白粉,抓过, 进6成热的油锅, 滑段生,取出
热油锅,下葱段,炒香, 放胡萝卜丝略炒软,加点胡椒, 绍酒, 盐,糖, 放素鸡丝,韭黄段, 肉丝, 翻炒匀, 就好了.
清炒台湾菠菜-
排骨玉米淮山汤- 排骨汆水后, 跟干淮山一起加水, 姜片,葱节烧开,再慢火炖一小时,加胡萝卜, 玉米段再炖软胡萝卜, 加盐白胡椒调味,就好了.
雪菜豆腐炖黄花鱼-
鱼拍上干粉用油煎金黄,取出,
油锅炒香葱姜末, 加剁椒,雪菜炒香, 加鸡汤, 酒, 盐, 胡椒, 糖, 豆腐, 鱼, 焖煮20分钟,就好了.

犹太人的饼干: Rugelach, Jewish cookies served during Hanukkah.
皮是买的派皮,这次是偷懒啦, 以前是用了这个方子:
Dough:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold, diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 1/4 cup AP flour
1 egg beaten for glaze
blend all and chill for 6 hours, then shape into a pie shell shape.
Filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnaman
1/2 cup raisins, chopped
1 cup pecan, finely chopped
mix all together.
brush the pie dough with egg wash, spread filling mixture, cut into 8-sections, and roll each into a crescent, place in a parchment paper lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash again on top and sprinkle with more mixture, bake in 350F oven for 15-20 minutes.
戚风蛋糕- 这个方子我一般没失败过, 要保险的时候就一定用它, 这次用了, hazelnut cream 代替牛奶,很香.
