烤牛小排晚餐- Roast beef short ribs dinner

牛小排用买的烤酱腌一天一夜, 肉面朝上放烤盘里的烤架上, 松盖锡纸, 进350F烤箱烤45分钟, 拿掉锡纸刷一遍腌肉的烤酱, 再烤10分钟, 就好了.

里面的肉是带一点粉红的, 但很入味, 一般这样的牛小短排骨是用慢火烤或炖来吃的, 我把它当大牛排骨来烤, 结果是相当成功,油也逼出来了,肉又很嫩,很有味道, 试试吧.

儿子闻到香味就等不及喊饿, 没拍到切开肉的照片, 就开饭啦.

配了个女儿爱吃的气司烤面, 和用蒜和bacon炒的包菜和鲍菇, 晚饭搞定啦.

我家儿子爱吃肉, 女儿爱吃面食, 都要逼着吃蔬菜.

气司烤面- Baked cheese pasta

用6TB黄油炒香蒜泥, 一小勺干黄芥末粉, ½ 小勺cayenne pepper辣椒粉, 6TB面粉, 炒熟, 加2杯牛奶, 2杯鸡汤, 烧开, 拌入1 LB 气司丝(Costco’s Mexican Three Cheeses), 拌匀, 加盐胡椒调味, 拌入到煮到7成熟的意面, 再倒入摸了油的烤盘里, 盖上用2TB黄油炒香的2杯面包屑(Panko breadcrumbs), 进375F烤箱烤25-30分钟, 取出后在架子上歇10分种.

又做了个简单的烤苹果塔-

买的派皮先空烤脆(blind bake), 冷后倒入用微薄炉打熟的萍果丁(里面放了柠檬汁,糖,黄油),
上面再铺上萍果片, 撒糖和刷黄油, 进375F烤箱烤45-50分钟, 表面再刷上稀释的杏子果酱,好方便的甜点.
