上两道日式盖浇饭 - 牛肉盖饭 和 亲子盖饭


再做日式的牛肉盖饭,

上次跟大妈学做的贴:

这次用了这些材料:

牛肉, 甜洋葱, 胡萝卜, 土豆, 又加了黄油瓜(butternut squash), 毛豆,

煮汁: (我觉得挺好的比例)

咪淋,1杯,
柴鱼精粉, 1 TB
淡色酱油, 1 杯,
清酒, (sake), 1 杯,
糖, 2 TB, 这个看个人喜欢, 爱甜的多放,不爱甜的少放,
水, 3 杯, 或鸡汤,

青葱段,
糖醋嫩姜丝,(sushi ginger)

米饭, Kagayaki short grain rice

把洋葱, 胡萝卜, 土豆, 黄油瓜, 毛豆, 和煮汁放锅里一起煮软, 加牛肉片, 煮断生, 撒葱, 就好了. 盖在饭上吃.

亲子盖饭- 就是有鸡,有蛋,

材料:

鸡腿肉, 洋葱, 胡萝卜, 香菇丝, 毛豆, 鱼板片, 金针菇
用同上面一样的煮汁,
鸡蛋, 4 个, 打散,
青葱段,
紫菜丝,


无皮无骨的鸡腿肉, 切小条, 用酱油,味淋,清酒,糖,盐,和白胡椒, 腌10分钟,备用,


把洋葱丝, 胡萝卜粗丝, 香菇丝, 和煮汁放锅里一起煮软, 加鸡肉煮熟, 加鱼板丝, 金针菇, 毛豆 煮断生, 淋上蛋液, 盖在饭上, 撒青葱段, 紫菜丝, 就好了.

我尽量加多一点蔬菜, 是很健康,简单,无油烟的烹饪.
