红椒和葡萄醋酱牛排, 带子派司多意面, 和交作业.


红椒和葡萄醋酱牛排-

买了Costco 的USDA Prime strip steak, 解冻后, (肉放在黑色铁板上会很快解冻) 用大量的粗粗碾碎的胡椒粘满, 腌半小时, 再撒粗海盐, 抹油, 进滚烫的不锈钢平底锅,一面煎4分钟, 取出放热盘里, 用锡纸盖住, 醒10分钟.

用同锅, 加一点油, 放洋葱丝和红甜椒丝炒软, 加蒜末, 百里香(thyme), 炒香, 加半杯鸡汤, 烧干一点, 加2大勺葡萄醋, 一点黄油, 加盐和胡椒, 酱就做好了.

烤土豆片-

土豆刨片,漂过水,

黄油炒洋香葱, 加蒜, 百里香, 炒香, 加土豆, 鸡汤, 鲜奶油(heavy cream), 桂叶, 烧到8成熟, 倒入烤盘, 加起司, 和起司粉,进325F烤箱烤30分钟.

带子派司多意面

Pesto sauce (怕事多):

Basil leaves, garlic, parmesan cheese, EVOO, pine nuts, salt,

把松子炒香,凉后跟全部材料一起打成泥, 就好了, 很剩事,很好吃.

带子用纸巾彻底吸干水, 进热锅前洒上盐和胡椒, 锅一定要热得冒烟, 用黄油和橄榄油煎, 1-2分种就好了,不要煎久了.

配的蔬菜, Costco买的French bean 一包要吃好几次, 开水烫过后, 再炒蒜和bacon,

给nycgal2008交作业, 夏天吃这个真方便, 看完贴就冲去买材料啦,

中午我们一懒也常去吃三文治, Panera 就在我家跗近, 没想到自己也能做好吃的三文治, 面包还是去它家买了, 很新鲜的面包, 其它都是Trader Joe’s 买的,

看也象那么回事,

反正一层又一层的, 就压住它, LG说法国锅难怪这么重, 是派这个用的, 用爱MM的话, 是该偏他一下!
