怪味鸡,洋葱排骨, 玉米磨菇鸡蓉汤, 等

这几天做的菜 - 怪味鸡,等
怪味鸡-
-黄瓜切片在冰水里泡过沥干装盘,
-粉条进开水泡软,沥干,过冷水再沥干装盘,
-葱花放盘里,
-小鸡进滚水,加姜片, 葱段, 酒, 盐, 煮15分钟,取出,过冰水,切块装盘,
-浇上拌酱, 好吃.
拌酱:
花椒-1TB, 用热水泡软,剁烂,
芝麻酱- 3TB (跟糖一起先碾匀)
糖-2TB
醋-2TB
麻油-1TB
红油-4TB
酱油-6TB
熟芝麻-2TB捣碎,
熟花生-3TB捣碎,
姜, 蒜, 各 1TB, 捣成泥,
这次我还真的用了量勺, 感觉比例很满意.

用了人参红酒炖,好吃,

洋葱排骨-

大排骨用刀臂拍拍松 , 撒一点盐和胡椒粉 , 再拍上一层面粉 , 多于的掸掉 , 进油锅 , 煎两面金黄 , 取出 ,

用同锅 , 锅里的焦渣会添味道不要洗掉 , 放大量的甜洋葱丝 , 炒软 , 加一点胡萝卜丝 , 把排骨放进去 , 加鸡汤 , 生抽 , 糖 , 米酒 , 盖锅煮烂就好了 .

油条汤-
剩油条倒入烧开的鸡汤里,加一点酱油,麻油,葱花, 好吃.

玉米磨菇鸡蓉汤-

罐头鸡汤两个加水烧开 , 加罐头 ( 玉米 , 磨菇 , 鸡脯肉 , Costco 买的 ) , 冻的腕豆和胡萝卜丁 , 烧开 , 勾欠 , 再加两个打散的鸡蛋 , 洒葱花胡椒粉 , 麻油 , 就好了 .
