生煎包,娘惹卤肉,金枪鱼沙拉三文治,蒲公英拌香干

近来学做的几道吃的--

近来给大家的生煎包谗死了, 特别是种鸦片兄的水煎包实在是太完美了, 我不敢说是交作业, 连瓢都不能画, 咱就算涂一下吧,

皮是加了豆渣和麸皮(wheat germ) 的粗粮面, 馅是用了后腿肉绞的, 跟鸡汤打成泥的, 加了冻菠菜,

调料有: 酱油, 1个鸡蛋, 糖, 香油, 鸡精, 白胡椒, 姜粉, 料酒, 盐, 一点淀粉. (因为加了很多鸡汤, 要靠淀粉和蛋来结团)

我是先绞肉, 用鸡汤打成泥, 再加调味料, 再打匀, 进冰箱, 腌一小时, 再拌解冻的菠菜, 再包, 包子再醒半小时, 进抹了油的不粘锅, 加水淹一半, 盖盖煮, 等水气快没了, 就开盖, 放进调了太白粉的水, 葱花, 芝麻, 开盖, 再煎黄底就好了.
