材料:
虾剁泥, 绞肉, 香菇泡水切丁, 冬菜泡水切碎, 马蹄切碎, 葱切碎
以上拌上劲, 放淀粉, 鸡蛋白, 盐, 胡椒粉, 糖, 香油, 鸡精,
大萝卜刨成大片, 用盐水泡软后,包入馅, 大火蒸 8分种, 把汁到在锅里, 勾玻璃欠, 到在萝卜卷上.

萝卜蛤蜊汤- 剩的萝卜做了一个汤.
白萝卜去皮切片(刨丝也好), 蛤蜊洗净沥水.
汤锅烧滚高汤, 放萝卜煮成透明, 放蛤蜊大火烧开, 蛤蜊一开口就关火, 洒下姜丝, 胡椒, 香菜,葱花, 因为高汤和蛤蜊都有咸味,不要加盐.

拌了个麻辣牛筋和萝卜丝, 用同样的拌酱, 剩的萝卜片切成丝了. 一点都不浪费.
这个麻辣酱我下次好好写一下,很好吃的, 东西太多, 综和了四川和江西的口味, 我一做就做一大瓶放冰箱.
