烤小排晚饭,玉米面包,奶餎蛋糕,什锦炒年糕球

烤小排晚饭-

小排切两片, 用”干料”抹匀放Ziploc bag腌一晚,

进300F烤箱烤1小时, 取出用刷子两面都刷上”湿料”, 烤箱改350F 再烤30分钟, 15分钟时翻一面, 拿出来用锡纸盖10分钟,切开上盘. 肉很嫩, 外面很香.

干料:

cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper, garlic powder, coriander powder, salt, and brown sugar.

湿料:

Yoshida gourmet sauce, honey, ketchup, molasses, apple cider vinegar.

玉米面包

用这个corn bread mix,

3 cup corn bread mix, 1 ¼ cup water

加了:

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup canned corn
¼ cup chopped pickled jalapeño pepper

把 cast iron pan 加热, 放2 TB黄油烧化, 把以上材料混好倒进来, 进 400F 烤 箱, 烤30 分钟. 很香, 很松, 好吃.

奶餎蛋糕-

那天去Michael’s 买 Wilton King muffin pan 做纸杯蛋糕, 看见这个小 springform pan, 6” 很喜欢, 我有个 9” springform pan, 平时做 cheese cake 太大, 只有请客才用.

里面还有一个 cheese cake 方子正好做一个小蛋糕, 就试了一下,

材料:

Crumb crust:

2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tb sugar
3 tb butter, room temp.

以上材料放进 food processor 打碎,打匀, 放进烤盘底上面,用手压平, 进350F 烤箱烤 6 分钟, 取出待凉,

Cheese cake:

12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tb cornstarch
1/3 sour cream
1 tb orange zest ( 我加的, 原方子没有)


把以上材料放进 food processor 打匀, 倒进烤盘, 进350F 烤箱烤35 分钟.

烤箱熄火后, 掩半开门, 让蛋糕在烤箱里冷却3小时.

我放了一些草梅酱和罐头桔子在上面, 好吃.

今天的午饭—

什锦炒年糕球

材料:

韩国年糕球(泡过水), 罐头玉米, 冻豌豆和胡萝卜, 黄瓜丁, 罐头草菇, 洋火腿丁, 枸芑, 洋葱丁, 松子.

调料: 红翻天剁椒, 鲍鱼汁.

松子先炒香脆, 最后放.

用油炒香洋葱丁, 加年糕丁炒, 再加所有(除了松子)料进去炒熟, 淋一点香油, 胡椒粉,撒松子.
