纸杯戚风蛋糕,韩式拌桔梗,小鱼花生

纸杯戚风蛋糕—

大妈的方子, 跟阿椿的风, 很好吃, 好轻柔, 好湿润, 终于解了谗, 自己现烤的就是好吃, 特别是这种细腻的蛋糕不能久放, 店里买的就是不够新鲜. 这个方子没用香草, 蛋味很浓, 好吃.

做法我就不多说了,

蛋白要打成这样发硬, 发亮, 象缎布一样, 就好了,

蛋黄糊只要拌匀就好了, 不要多打,

牺牲一点蛋白把蛋黄糊拌匀, 再加其他的蛋白拌匀, 一下一下拌, 不要搅,

把蛋糊倒入纸杯后, 提起来往台上甩一下, 把大气泡震掉一点,这样会不容易裂,

韩式拌桔梗

翠花姐的方子, 跟素不相识和阿椿的风, 我也闹了个笑话, 先还买了一包干鱿鱼, 都怪他们只写韩文.

用同样的调料还做了个萝卜丝的, 萝卜丝要用盐先殺掉水再拌酱, 也很好吃.

调料: 把这些料放碗里拌匀再用来拌菜.

2 大勺辣面酱, 2大勺白醋, 2大勺糖, 1小勺辣椒粉, 1小勺酱油, 1小勺麻油,
1小勺芝麻, 蒜泥, 葱丝.

我加了一点芝麻和糖.

用油炸过的小鱼和花生就是香.

我用的材料:

免洗的小鱼干, 带皮花生, 洋葱, 青葱, 蒜头, 干辣椒, 新鲜辣椒, 老干妈香辣酱(有豆鼓), 老干妈香辣脆油辣椒,  芝蔴, 料酒, 糖, 酱油.  还撒了一点海苔(日本 rice seasonning).
