椒盐虾—
带壳的大虾盐水泡过后, 沥干, 撒黑胡椒, 地瓜粉拌匀, 用油炸脆, 取出备用.
油锅放一点黄油炒香, 蒜末, 葱白末, 青辣椒 末(Jalapeno pepper), 放虾翻炒, 放一点椒盐, 淋一点锅边酒, 翻几下,好了.
