泰国餐—
泰式鸡松—
材料:
1- 鸡脯肉- 用food processor 打碎,
2- 生菜一切二, 分开成小碗, lettuce cups,
3- 香菇泡过切丁, 马蹄切丁, 笋丝切丁,
4- 粉丝泡水沥干,
5- 鱼露, 椰糖, 白胡椒,
6- 红辣椒, 红葱头, 大蒜, 切碎,
7- 薄荷叶切丝, 香菜切碎,
8- 青柠檬挤汁,
油锅炒香6, 加1, 炒断生, 加 3, 炒干, 加5, 炒匀, 加4, 拌炒干, 放7 和8, 装盘,
用2 盛着吃, 可配加泰酸甜辣椒酱吃.

薄荷叶炒鱿鱼丝—
材料:
1. 新鲜鱿鱼切丝 1.5 LB - 飞过水, 沥干,
2. 蒜, 红辣椒, 红葱头 – 切成末.
3. 鱼露2 TB, 甜酱油 1TB, 椰糖 1TB , 白胡椒 少许.
4. 薄荷叶, 青葱段 - 各一把.
油锅炒香 2, 放1, 翻炒两下, 放3, 炒2分钟, 放4, 装盘.

酸辣虾汤—Tom Yum Koong
材料:
1- 虾仁 1LB - 用盐水泡半小时,
2- 草菇一罐, 菠萝一杯(可用蕃茄代),
3- 白洋葱半个切丝,
4- 鸡汤两罐, 水2杯,
5- 鱼露3TB, 椰糖 1TB,
6- 泰国姜, 没买到新鲜的, 用了瓶装的, 加了一般的姜片,
7- 香茅3根切斜段, 泰柠檬叶(Kaffir lime leaves) 6片 加两片切丝 装饰用,
8- 青柠檬挤汁,
9- 红辣椒, 蒜末,
10- 香菜, 青葱丝,
油锅炒香 9 , 放6, 7, 加4烧开, 略煮出味, 加2, 5, 再烧开, 加3, 烧开,加1, 8,10 , 熄火, 好了.
