懒人韭菜合子- 半小时就能吃了.
买的蛋饼皮一包, 以前用过墨西哥的tortilla, 发现用这个饼做, 更好吃,
馅: 韭菜1LB, 虾皮一杯,4小把粉丝泡过水, 4个炒熟鸡蛋, 最好是还要放豆干丝, 这次忘了买, 麻油两大勺, 盐, 味精, 1小勺白胡椒,1小勺白糖, 太白粉三大勺(很重要,馅不会散掉,和出水).
用面糊封口, 面粉加水拌 成糊, 用刷子刷在半边饼的周围边上,
把馅放在半张饼上, 把另一半饼盖过来, 要用手压一下,把空气挤掉, 同时把边压紧,
不粘平底锅放少量油,用中火,盖盖,两面煎成金黄, 就好了.
