烤牛肉—flank steak 用买的韩国烧烤酱腌过, 一面grill 3 分钟后用锡纸盖住,5分钟后,切段,包生菜和韩国辣面酱吃.
蔬菜红薯粉--红薯粉用开水煮好过冷水,沥干,拌麻油,备用, 热锅用油炒香蒜末和洋葱丝, 加香菇丝,木耳丝,胡箩卜丝,红椒丝, 包菜丝,炒软,放进红薯粉, 加酱油,糖,麻油,我还加了一点香菜.
西餐—

Salmon 用 Costco 买的 seafood dry rub 抹后腌半小时后用少量油煎两面金黄.
Couscous- 一杯鸡汤烧开加一杯couscous, 一大勺青葱, 一勺橄榄油,一点盐和胡椒 , 拌匀,盖盖5分钟,开盖用叉子翻一翻就好了.
Brussels sprouts—把bacon 炒出油后,加一切两半的Brussels sprouts炒,加一点鸡汤盖盖煮一下,加一点盐和胡椒.
印度餐—

咖哩羊肉—用买来做 Biryani 的酱来做很省事, 米饭分开煮. 用黄油把洋葱炒香, 放一勺番茄酱, 半瓶biryani酱,炒香, 加羊肉炒断生,加罐头番茄,酸奶,水盖盖煮烂羊肉.
Lemon rice-- 用盈盈的方子,百吃不厌.
炒包菜—用黄油炒,加盐和胡椒.
意大利餐—

碎牛肉用橄榄油炒香,加洋葱炒香, 加红椒丁炒软, 加番茄,黑橄榄, sun dried tomato, 磨菇, hearts of palm, 红酒, 番茄酱, oregano, hot pepper flake, fennel seeds, 慢火烧, 加煮好的面, 拌匀, 撒parsley, parmesan cheese.
Hamburger – 做成四个肉饼,用一点油两面煎一下,3-4分钟一面,比外面的好吃.
