韩国海鲜煎饼,火锅,大妈猪的柠檬蛋糕

韩国海鲜煎饼--以前上过,那时不会写方子,再上一次吧.

这次面糊是买的现成的,上次是自己用糯面粉配的. 简单多了.

- 用了500g 粉, 800ml 水, 加 4个蛋, 搅成糊备用.
- 用了冰冻的, 一包小生耗, 一包混合海鲜(是专们给这个菜用的),解冻后冲凉水,沥干.

- 红椒切丝, 韭菜切段, 韩国泡菜切丝,

把全部的东西混在一起拌匀后,煎成饼,沾酱吃.

沾酱: 酱油, 韩国辣酱, 辣椒面, 麻油, 糖, 熟芝麻,葱花, 拌匀.

晚饭--火锅, 就自己一家吃,花样就不多, 人多吃火锅热闹, 天冷了吃火锅舒服,省事.

蓝蟹--终于在韩国店买到了蓝蟹.

汤底是用排骨和韩国大甜箩卜炖的,酱是在韩国沾酱里加了麻辣火锅底酱和沙茶酱, 孩子们就用沙茶酱. 这样的汤底可以喝,不辣. 吃时加辣酱就好了.

甜点--大妈猪的柠檬蛋糕, 我用了两杯糖, 把heavy cream 改为 half-and-half, 下次还是不要改, 不够rich and sweet.

cream cheese frosting--6 oz cream cheese, 6 tb butter, 1 cup powder sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 用hand mixer打发.
