放学路上, 儿子说他有十年没吃 Lasagna 啦, 我说,那你还记得3岁时吃过,就很不错啦. 孩子会用这类话来蠎你, 就象他们会说,”everyone in my school has it”, 你就知道只有两个人有.
回家就问他想吃哪个Lasagna, “something different”, 他说.
其实这道菜是一个没技术,只是组装一下而已, 什么样的料都行, 只要有cheese, tomato sauce, pasta sheets, 加肉或蔬菜, 都可以. 我懒,今天做个简单的, 去了一趟,Trader Joe’s, 东西就买齐啦. 我就用英文打,快一点,主要是看看图,就明白了.
我以前不敢做印度菜,后来看盈盈的图解,再做几次,就有点感觉啦.

我家地里的 basil
Simple spinach and mushroom lasagna
Mixture A:
2 tb olive oil
½ onion chopped
8 oz crimini mushroom thinly sliced
4-6 cloves garlic mined
16 oz frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly squeezed dry
sauté onion in olive oil, add mushroom and sauté until lightly brown, add garlic, sauté some more, turn off heat, stir in spinach and mix well, set aside.
Mixture B:
1 c parmesan cheese
½ chopped fresh basil
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg
½ tsp each salt and pepper
mix these in a bowl and set aside.
12 sheets of no-boil lasagna noodles
5 cup of your favorite flavored tomato sauce,
½ cup of parmesan cheese for topping
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
Assembling lasagna:

重复以上三次.
最后一层-
Use 9x13 baking dish
Order for layering:
Tomato sauce, noodles, mixture B, mixture A, mozzarella cheese, repeat three times.
After last layer top with parmesan cheese and cover with foil bake in pre-heated 375f oven for 15 min, than remove foil, bake for another 25 min, let cool for 15 min.
Since this is a no meat dish, I pan-fried some sausage, also made some broccoli as side items.
