意式白酱土豆面疙瘩---Potato Gnocchi in Alfredo Sauce
Alfredo Sauce(白酱): heat all the following in a sauce pan until all all incorporated.
2 cup heavy cream
4 tbs butter
1 cup parmesan cheese
pinch of nutmeg
salt & pepper
Store bought potato gnocchi
西芥兰花--加盐的开水烫过,冲冷水,沥干,放进一烤盘,浇上几勺白酱,撒上parmesan cheese,some goat cheese,pepper 进375F烤箱烤30分钟.
用同锅开水,下土豆面疙瘩,一浮上水面就捞起来,放进盘里,再把解冻过的熟虾,放进开水烫过,取出放在盘上,浇上白酱,刨一些Parmesan cheese.
再来一个北海道面包.
