轻辅音 “S” vs. “Th” 的发音要领

英语中的辅音相当于汉语中的声母, 有轻辅音, 浊辅音之分.

发轻辅音, 声带不震动, 是 "气声”, e.g., “S”, “th”, “t” , “f”, “p”

发浊辅音, 声带要震动, e.g., “V”, “Z”, “th” (This), etc.

轻辅音 “S” vs. “Th” 的发音要领

这次先谈谈轻辅音 “S” vs. “Th” , 下一次俺再谈谈浊辅音 “Th” vs. “Z” 的发音要领.

轻辅音 “S” 的发音要领我在 "讲讲我矫正英文发音的故事” (“故事”) 中简单提到过. 发 “S” 时, 两腮向两侧拉开, 脸要 smile, 舌靠近前牙, 但不 touch 前牙, 然后吹气就行了. 脸要 smile, 这样 “S” 发不成 “Sh” 了.

“S”: side, slide, sea, beside, smile, Sweden, boss, hiss, miss, strong, university, basic, etc.

Sometimes, “c” is also pronounced as “s”e.g., cease, citation, cell, cent, etc.

发浊辅音 “sh”: 两腮不用向两侧拉开, 脸不用 smile.
 e.g., she, shy, shame, sheet, bush, wish, etc.

轻辅音 “th” 的发音要领

舌头伸地至少超过上下齿, 然后吹气. 开始可”夸张” 一点, 把舌头伸地跟上下唇一样齐.

发轻辅音“S” and “th” 最大不同是舌头伸地长短程度.

Thread, Through, Cloth, Both, Teeth, Mouth, Youth, Theater, Thief, Thorough, etc.

1. Please smile when you pronounce “S”.

2. Your tongue tip has to be outside of your teeth when you pronounce ”th”.

3. Bush is not a smart guy.

4. She smiles at her boss all day long.

5. Don’t through away these stones.

Do you mean 'throw away' when you say "Don't through away these stones"?
