C’estLaVie今天带儿子去看医生检查他的过敏问题，果然他被查出一些树木和草类过敏，更过分的是他对猫过敏。难怪近一年来，他总是眼睛和鼻子不适，曾经一度眼睛痒的无法入睡。现在我们摆在我们面前的问题是如何处置我们的喵喵JAJEX.如何让儿子不伤心。从医生那出来的整个下午和晚上，儿子的情绪低落，不断流泪。他一直是这样的个性，非常的sentimentalandemotional.非常的[阅读全文]

挑战自己从前天算起,我已经3天没有去跑步了,我安慰自己:冬天来啦,跑步本来就是季节性的,外面的温度最近早上只有4度左右,需将头和脸覆盖好以防寒风侵袭皮肤和大脑,万一生了病,岂不得不偿失.我有一百个理由不再出去晨跑,可我知道我有两个理由让我遗憾:在慢跑中听着曼妙音乐,拥抱自然的感觉;在慢跑中为自己能挑战自己的”三天打鱼,两天晒网”的自豪.现在我给自己重新定[阅读全文]
