很多初次买房的同学不知道这三种名词的真实涵义,所以觉得有必要讲一讲,否则对自己所买房屋的产权是什么都是一笔糊涂帐，那是万万不可的。

记得多年前我们开始买自己的第一个房子的时候,那感觉真是两眼一抹黑呀。除了跟着我们的房产经纪人进了一家又出一家，心里完全没有诸如一个城市的学区，人口结构等数据。当时没有GOOGLEMAP，也没有TRULIA。就连我们的经纪人也似乎不大告诉我们多少信息。如今我也入了这一行，才知道这里面的清规戒律（eg.FederalFairHousing,Anti-discrimination等）让经纪人在很多问题上三缄其口[阅读全文]
