近几年来，李锐在讲话、文章和书籍中多次提出：1950年中央颁布的“庆祝五一劳动节口号”，毛泽东在审阅时最后加上“毛主席万岁”一条。这条“秘闻”正在被国内外一些新闻媒体所传播，几乎成了一桩历史公案。由此看来，有必要用历史真实予以澄清，还毛主席以清白。

原因：根据常识，大富豪们不可能有精力做这么多事情，因此我们应该成立私务员，允许私人医生，教师，律师，会计，秘书，保镖，保姆等等的存在。
现实依据：实际上中国私务员已经大量存在，现在要做的就是规范化，合法合情化。
目的：让大家进一步认识中国特色社会主义的精神，让社会进一步接受富豪和私务员的社会行为和社会性质，实现社会和谐。
