• 大西洋理事会全球能源中心表示：“台湾不仅面临能源短缺，更重要的是电力短缺。”

• 台湾 97% 以上的能源需求依赖进口，主要来自煤炭和天然气。接受 CNBC 采访的专家表示，这种依赖使得台湾很容易受到能源供应中断的影响。
