问卷调查

上次参加女儿学校里召开的 College Kickoff Zoom Meeting 就被告知父母需要填写一个 Parent Survey，今天下午跟女儿跑步回来就准备填一下这个 Survey， 可是打开来一看发现这可不是一个可以随随便便填一下的 Survey。

今天上午一直坐在这里填这个survey，发现这个，学校要求学生和父母填Survey这一招很厉害啊，这是一个促使学生自己对自己做一个评估总结的过程，这是一个思考的过程，一个了解发现自己的过程，

这也是一个促使家长们去认真思考了解总结自己对自己孩子究竟认识有多少的过程，我从一开始觉得无从下手，到现在觉得可写的东西其实有很多很多。

 

问卷全文如下：

2. What three adjectives or characteristics would you use to describe your child to a college admissions representative? Some examples are integrity, maturity, leadership, independence, loyalty, self-discipline, employment responsibilities, kindness, hardworking, committed to high ideals, and compassion to others. Please elaborate or give examples that demonstrate these qualities. *

3. What makes your child stand out regarding academics, extracurricular activities and personal attributes? *

4. Do they have interests, talents or hobbies you might see at home or in the community that may not have surfaced at school? *

5. What type of college do you think would be most appropriate for your child (ie. size, location, cost, etc.)? Please explain why. Does your child agree? Let us know of any restrictions you may have regarding college choice. *

6. Please describe an area(s) in which your child has shown significant development and growth in high school. *

7. (Optional) Are there any extenuating circumstances or challenging experiences that have affected your child's development or performance (for example: extended illness, death in the family, change in career focus, divorce, etc.)? *
