准备食材:Preparing ingredients
白色果冻White Jelly
椰奶 Coconut milk 400 ml
牛奶 Milk 200 ml
鱼胶粉Gelatine 40 g
白糖 Sugar 90 g(喜欢吃甜的朋友可以多加,You can add more sugar if you like it sweeter)
盐 Salt a little
2、黄色果冻 Yellow Jelly
芒果Mango 110 g
凉开水Cool boiled water100 ml (打汁Make juice)
清水Water 100 ml
白糖Suger 50 g
鱼胶粉Gelatine 10 g
3、红色果冻 Red Jelly
草莓Strawberries 130 g
凉开水Cool boiled water 50 ml(打汁Make juice)
清水Water 100 ml
白糖Sugar 50 g
鱼胶粉 Gelatine 10 g
4、透明果冻 Transparent Jelly
清水Water 200 ml
白糖Sugar 30 g
鱼胶粉 Gelatine 15 g
蓝莓 Blueberries some
草莓 Strawberries some
青葡萄 Green grape some
多层果冻杯 Multilayer Jelly Cup
剩余的食材来做,可根据自己的喜好来分层搭配。

注意要点:
2、煮好果冻液,再加芒果泥和草莓泥以及水果,以保持水果新鲜。
