Wait quietly in my presence while my thoughts form silently in the depths of your being. Do not try to rush this process, because hurry keeps your heart earthbound. I am the Creator of the entire universe, yet I choose to make my humble home in your heart. It is there where you know me most intimately; it is there where I speak to you in holy whispers. Ask my Spirit to quiet you mind so that you can hear my still small voice within you. I am speaking to you continually: words of life…peace…love. Tune your heart to receive these messages of abundant blessing. Lay your requests before me, and wait in expectation.

 

在我的同在中静静等候，让我的思想在你内心的深处默默形成。不要试图加快这个过程，因为匆忙会让你的心灵沉重。我是整个宇宙的创造者，然而我选择在你的心中建造我的谦卑家园。在那里，你最亲密地认识我；在那里，我以神圣的低语与你交谈。请求我的灵安静你的心灵，使你能够听到我在你内心深处的轻声细语。我一直在不断地对你说话：生命的...平安的...爱的话语。调整你的心，接受这些丰富祝福的信息。将你的请求摆在我面前，怀着期待而等候。
