Do not worry about tomorrow! This is not a suggestion but a command. I divided time into days and nights so that you would have managed portions of life to handle. My grace is sufficient for you, but its sufficiency is for only one day at a time. When you worry about the future, you heap day upon day of troubles onto your flimsy frame. You stagger under this heavy load, which I never intended you to carry.

Throw off this oppressive burden with one quick thrust of trust. Anxious thoughts meander about and crisscross in your brain, but trusting me brings you directly into my presence. As you thus affirm your faith, shackles of worry fall off instantly. Enjoy my presence continually by trusting me of all times.

不要担心明天！这不是建议，而是命令。我将时间划分为白天和黑夜，这样你有可以应付得来的生活部分来处理。我的恩典是够你用的，但它的充足是一次只够一天。当你担心未来时，你将一天又一天的困难堆积在脆弱的身体上。你难以承受这沉重的负担，而我从未打算让你负担这样的重荷。

用相信来甩掉这压迫性的负担。焦虑的思绪在你的大脑中徘徊交错，但相信我会直接带你进入我的同在。当你如此肯定你的信仰时，忧虑的枷锁会立刻消失。通过始终相信我，持续享受我的同在。
