放疗

九月份PET扫描发现左肺内病灶又活跃了。

医生建议加上放疗。

约了放疗医生，咨询一番，看了以往的各种扫描，认为可以做。在放疗科用他们的机器又做了一次CT，建了三D构像，便于制定放射路线和计剂量。

当时约定放疗科联系医保，得到批准后再定下疗程。

半个月后，收到医保来信：不批。

 

接下来两周，肿瘤科、放疗科，与医保反复协商后达成治疗协议。

十一月初接到电话，可以开始放疗了。

计划每个工作日照射一次，共33次，总计6600 cGy。

每周一放疗后见医生做状态评估。

11月9日 正式开始第一次放疗。脱光上身，躺在托架上，贴上几枚定位标签。各种探头围着转，不到十分钟搞定。

这个是第四次放疗后的小结

全程于12月29日结束。

这期间咳嗽加剧，出现进食困难等食道刺激症状，皮疹。加上原有的浮肿问题。唉，挺下来了。

 

放疗效果如何？

9月7日 PET报告

Impression

1. Interval mild increase in metabolic activity of the left hilar
lymph node now with an SUV max of 3.1, previously 2.2 and of the left
aortoesophageal lymph node with an SUV max of 2.4, previously 2.2.

2. New focal uptake along the anterolateral margin of the left basal
pleura with an SUV max of 2.1 with involvement of the inner cortex of
the 6th left rib which shows morphologically stable sclerotic changes.

3. Stable non FDG avid moderate left pleural effusion and chronic
changes with mild diffuse FDG uptake within the left lung apex.
