Although,I watched this video,but Still trade with long stock ideas,think I am a skillful trader,but if against the trend,it need much more discipline. A little hesitation still get hurt.  A day trader hold a position overnight is wrong. And the reason I can not put in a after hour order,only to call get the idea next day. a phone call  can and will solve the problem.  Next time I will call broker. 

There is the feeling and sense. So  I

stop trading for a while.may be this is the top for a while.

The bubble of house is much bigger than last time. I have not the experience to predict the top or trading at the time. But everyone know the market is high. 

Now I can sit and watch. No position.
