有人建议我撤出新浪年度图书评选, 说我争不过那些手段黑暗的人, 也有人说我利欲熏心, 到处为自己拉票, 我想就此说明一下:
1. 我没有要求加入新浪图书评选,我不知道是谁把山楂放进评选书目的.我的博克每天发布的投票消息,也不是我发的.只有标明"艾米"字样的,才是我的话,比如这个声明.
2. 我不知道我有没有权利把山楂撤出评选,即便我有权撤出,我也不会撤出,因为大家是在评选"年度图书",而不是"年度作者". 既然是年度图书, 那就是评图书, 跟作者不相关, 你只为你喜欢的图书投票, 不用管作者是谁.
请大家注意到这几个称呼表现出的区别: 
- 为"山楂"投票的人: 山迷  
- 为"悲伤"投票的人: 四迷
- 为"市长"投票的人: 市秘 
3. 我没有为自己拉票, 也没有为山楂拉票, 但我也不会阻拦大家投票, 我只告诫各位, 新浪早有说明,评选最后由专家评选小组决定,网上投票只作参考.
4. 我感动于大家的感动,我在乎大家的在乎. 投票过程使我知道海内外有这么多人喜欢山楂,有这么多人相信爱情,追求无私真爱, 我很高兴,因为我找到了很多同类.至于评选结果, 那是评选小组的事, WHO CARES?

大家赶快发邮件给亲朋好友.真后悔没把对咱家ABC的中文教育坚持到底.可怜如今接到邮件要跟我反复MAKE SURE,好在山字不难认.鼓励咱家ABC在朋友中发动一场国际山楂保卫战.

I don't even care whether 山楂 goes to the top or not of Sina. I think, 山楂　will be one day on the cover of Times because the enthusiam about 山楂树 across the ocean among chinese people shows that we, percieved to be two generations without real values in heart, care about the love of giving, the love that goes beyond death. We are not people who are caught between confuciousims and sexual liberation. We are not people who are only eager to jump into a discovery jouney of sexual orgy. We are surely not ascetism followers.
