这几年物价通涨,平时在营里买来炒蔬菜的不到两美刀的牛辗肉,现在要三多美刀了。前周末在韩国店看到没处理的牛肉条,要三点七美刀,看那牛肉条,觉得又一部分是贵牛肉,外面要价八、九块。就卖回来试试自己的刀功。处理完后觉得物有所值,立刻用些肉头和肉尾炒了个牛肉球炒魔芋韭花。望大家喜欢。
