Brillant: the press "normalizes & sanitizes" Trump' behavior. This doctor's diagnosed Trump, and so many of us concur. So sad and scary for our country.

I find Bandy Lee a profoundly wise commentator to listen to. She makes such revealing observations with great clarity. Her statement that the USA ceased to be a democracy during Trump's presidency, and that its democracy will not survive another Trump presidency, was staggering.

Trump’s screaming was so disturbing to me It gave me Flashbacks of an ex-boyfriend screaming at me while in full Narcissistic Rage And my sister screaming at me while having another Psychotic Break I always pay close attention to Trump’s eyes, Like I used to with the eyes of my ex-boyfriend and my sister, As well as their body language. Trump scared me during that debate Kamala Harris is a very strong and brave woman.

Dr. Lee, as a fellow psychologist, I wholeheartedly agree that the assessment that you and your colleagues have performed regarding the public danger of Trump NEEDS to be released to the public. The silencing of the mental health community cannot continue, the behaviors of our leaders cannot continue to be normalized, and their negative impact must not be ignored!

There is a mental health problem in this country because of allowing a person who is clearly not well to gain power over people, and there are a lot of similar sick people out there that gravitate to craziness, The doctor is 100% correct in her assessment. It is scary times, and we have to be vigilant and pray, Negativity has consequences.

Please remember, " The APA and Yale are confessing they think psychology is Opinion, Not Science " Yale fired Dr. Lee. So, this Ms. Lee's OPINION NOT based on SCIENCE! So, she is not a professional only practicing her biased opinion. Give your opinion on Trump and Biden sided by side. Trump has a record of quantitively experiences and world leaders agree.

Yale University does not say that psychology is not a science; in fact, their psychology department explicitly states that psychology is the "scientific study of the mind, brain, and human behavior" and offers courses and research opportunities within the field, clearly recognizing it as a scientific discipline and offer a bachelor of science degree in psychology. They did fire Dr. Lee due to her comments. There are articles on both topics. However, your conclusion that Yale and the ASA admit psychology is not science, but only opinion is incorrect. You may have misconstrued something you read. Go to their websites, and you will find the accurate information. If you’re still confused, you can call them.

In 1954, I was required to be evaluated by a psychiatrist before I could attend Submarine School as a 17-year-old seaman, but a person aspiring to be Commander in Chief does not. Amazing.

Harris also said about his election denial that “he was fired by 81 million voters, and he’s having a hard time accepting” that fact.

As a psychotherapist, I completely agree with Dr. Bandy Lee. Donald Trump reminds me of patients I dealt with at the state psychiatric facility where I worked for years. I can't believe this person was ever president of any country. He's very ill. Very tragic and sad for the rest of us.

Fragile ego, arrogance, power grip, and stupidity are a terrible combination.

I said in the very beginning when those 16 Republicans began running for POTUS, there was one people were laughing about, but I never thought he was funny -- I said that Sarah Palin opened a Pandora's Box and Donald Trump came oozing out...I had no idea that so many people would be taken by his crude insults -- I'm 91 years old and worn out by him.

Years ago I saw my first photo of T, posing with Ivana and a 9yr old Ivanka in his Trump Tower apartment. It struck me that here was a chap with an odd perception of wealth and success. Like Idi Amin, he was enveloped in the grandeur of gold chandeliers, tacky portraits on glossy walls, blasting out an image of a huge and rather stupid ego. He was wearing his Power Scowl even then and I just knew he was not, and would never be, a nice person. And now here he is, corrupted by his own self-generated bile.
