@MillionaireLifeStyle1965 3 years ago The life that Ryan and Rachel breathes into these characters is PHENOMENAL and the Chemistry blows you away. The Notebook is OUTSTANDING
This is my favorite line, "It still isn't over" as true love as a way of working out.
"So it's not gonna be easy, it's gonna be really hard. And we're gonna have to work at this everyday, but I wanna do that because I want you. I want all of you, forever, everyday.."
@AM-li6hb 3 years ago This movie broke my heart, and fixed it. I know what I’m looking for in a relationship now. Someone who asks “do you want to dance with me?” in the middle of the night. Someone who laughs with me. Someone who doesn’t give up on me. I want this, if this isn’t how my relationship will look like I honestly don’t want it <3
Even if I never see you again, I know during my final moments in this life, I will be thinking of you, baby, and I'm so sorry I wasted every chance you gave me. I'll never forgive myself for losing my soulmate.

@Revolutionz1500x 7 years ago (edited) This is the only "Love Story" that actually made me cry a little bit. It was the ending with James Garner crying when trying to get his love to remember him that really touched me. I guess being a guy, it's a lot harder to cry to a fictional story than it is for girls. But, the movie was so realistic and so heart felt, it's nearly impossible to not at least shed a tear or two! Great film!!!
The Notebook is the best love/romance film ever! I felt so touched so many times during the film, I couldn't hold my tears back. "Do you believe our love can create miracles? Do you think our love can take us away together?" Noah asked Allie at the end. It's a sad, but happy and beautiful ending all at once.
The 2004 film The Notebook (writer: Nicholas Sparks) has become a modern romantic classic, but it took a lot of effort for the film to get made. A lot of actors turned down the role that helped catapult Ryan Gosling to A-list status, and things weren’t always easy on the set either. Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams couldn’t stand each other at the beginning of filming, but clearly, they got over it, as the two went on to become a couple for a while. From the surprising reason the director wanted Ryan Gosling to Nicholas Sparks’ inspiration for the characters, let’s take a look at the untold truth of The Notebook. #Truth#Notebook#Movie
The film "The Notebook" is a love story soaked in shades of red and pure white, written in a notebook drenched in a golden hue, and told over and over again by an old man (played by James Garner). The old woman (played by Gena Rowlands) always listens quietly, curiously asking about the outcome. This unchanging scene plays out every day in a nursing home.
In the notebook, the elegant handwriting records the love that blossomed that summer. Allie (played by Rachel McAdams) is the daughter of a wealthy family who comes to the town with her family for the summer. She meets Noah (played by Ryan Gosling) at a dreamy amusement park. Although Noah has no money, he lives a happy life. Allie learns about freedom from him and experiences laughter, and the two quickly fall in love. However, under the obstruction of Allie's parents, the two lovers are separated at the end of the summer. As Noah’s 365 letters are secretly hidden away, Allie finally gives up waiting seven years later. Just before she is about to walk down the aisle, she suddenly sees the white house that Noah had promised to build for her in a newspaper. All the memories come flooding back…
Perhaps it’s not the characters in the story who need to wake up, but the one who’s listening to it.
This passage beautifully captures the essence of "The Notebook," highlighting the intertwined narratives of past and present love and the poignant moments shared between the elderly couple.
