Trump 15-day vision of the baselines

pov: Logically, if covid-19 spreaded in the US as in Wuhan, it could been captured by doctors. Yet, it didn't. Trump's plan 15 days manifests his vision as a businessman: First week, rolling 2 million test kits for syndrom patients aims at gaining the base line for sicks. the second week, he can focus on random healthy subjects to gain the base line for the non-syndroms. If God is with him, he got two base line numbers to ground his decision, zero in the closure of his war on the virus. Let us pray for his vision.
