苹果松饼-zt

炒苹果
2 Tsp butter (2大勺奶油)
4 or 5 apples, all kinds, peel and cut into big chunks (4-5个苹果,削皮,切大块)
3 Tbs brown sugar (3大勺红糖)
2 tsp lemon juice (2小勺柠檬汁)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (二分之一小勺月桂粉)
Heat a cast iron pan first. Add butter and apples. Saute and turning as needed, ~5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and lemon juice. Add cinnamon and mix well. See below pictures.
铸铁锅加热,奶油融化后加如苹果。小火慢炒,必要时翻动一下,大约5-7分钟就会炒好了。撒上红糖,柠檬汁,月桂粉,搅拌均匀就好了。看下图。


Apples are cooked just right. You don't want to cook them too soft.
苹果炒得要适中,不要炒得太软。


Make batter:
See below picture. Pour the batter on top of apples.
做面糊:
配好料后搅拌均匀倒在苹果上面。
Batter mix:
4 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1cup flour, 1tsp vanilla, pinch salt, mix all together.


Bake it in a pre heated oven at 425F, for ~20 to 25 minutes. Or until it is golden brown. See below picture. It is puffed up so lovely。Then you know it is done.
烤箱预热425华氏度,烤大约20-25分钟。或者表面金黄。
