Daycare Life

For the week of June 15 to June 19 was the trior period to experience different routine activities in a day: Monday 9-11; Wednesday 3-5; Friday 10:30-12:30. Monday was the outside playground time, both were happy but after they left the playground for preschool groups, they were not calm anymore. Wednesday had a snack. Friday had a little bit lunch.

Matthew and Michelle started their official daycare life on June 22, 2009. It took them 4 days to adapt to daycare life.
For the first 4 days, both cried most of the day, did not eat and sleep much.  When I picked them up in the afternoon, both cried. Matthew did not seem to leave home and cried on the way to the daycare. Michelle seemed to want to play with others, but whenever her brother started to cry, she would cry as well. At home, they were much cling to me and not to their grandma anymore. We slept on a big bed during the night together.

Since 5th day in the daycare (Friday), teacher said they did not cry much. Ever since then, they have been better and better everyday, seem to be happier when I picked them up, and happy at home as well. They seem to eat more now.

I hope my twins will be healthy, happy everyday then I will be happy too.
