Keep Fit

Since June 2008 I joined woxinwosu group, doing aerobics with other moms. Though not losing much weight, but this once a week acitivity gives the opportunity to meet new friends, live active life and keep good status both physically and mentally.

I want to lose more weight, at least 10 pounds. I joined a Yoga session, yoga is the one I always want to try. The A.M. Yoga for your week with Rodney Lee, is the main DVD program, and Latin Yoga, and a chinese one.

Tachi is also good, but I will reserve it when I turn 50???

The stike is still on and on, 3 weeks we could not go to aerobics,what a waste of all resources! Last weekend, the hiking in Edwards Garden for one hour was a surprise and made me feel so good. If only I could walk 1 hour per day, I would attain my goal easily.

However, there are so many committment in life, not enough time when you have kids to send and pick up.

I am thinking of using treadmills at lunch time at work.
