英文自由体诗歌习作: A New Girl in the Town

"We have a new girl in the town!"
Her shining hair, brunette, her charming eyes, brown.
"What a wonderful girl!
"How lucky we are!"
"What a sweet-heart we have found."

She is singing with a beautiful sound,
She is dancing with joy around and around.
Until, some day, some one suddenly says to the crowd:
"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
"We have a new girl in the town!"

Yes, another new girl.
A new girl, an old new girl, a new new girl,
So forth and so on, come and gone.


说明:
从来非常羡慕那些能用非母语写作的人. 现在已经有很多中国人在海外用各种西文发表了作品.这里也有一些英文和法文写的诗作.虽然不是古典的Ode, Sonnet, Stanza,但是已经难能可贵了.

就诗歌来说,中国人与外来的东西交流甚多,大唐的很多词曲谱子来自西域.近代有了一些像我们现在这样,直接接触了西方文学,诗歌的人.百多年前他们的文字功夫还是古文,故此见过有人用蝶恋花,还是什么词牌,译过Longfellow的诗歌.

来此网的人大多是在海外的人,有些已经住了很久.希望能看到更多用西文写的诗歌.抛砖引玉,本人拿可能只有这里初小或高小水平的东西,见笑大家.
