Obama won! Nov 5-2008

It is a remarkable event! The first African-American President in the history of Unite States of America has been elected! I felt so excited about it even I am not a black.

I had been following with this presidential election on and off from the radio/TV/internet. The more I heard about Obama's speech, the more I felt stronger about him. He is definitely a great speaker. More than that, he had a great campaign team. "They had run a flawless campaign". They reached out to the ordinary people; They addressed the issues that ordinary people care; They brought ordinary people with hopes they would like to see.

When I heard about people's comments, especially black people’s, when they said they had been waiting for this moment to come for so long, but finally came, I couldn't help feeling deeply touched and almost cried.
