感恩节的主食当然是火鸡，每年必烤的，每次都很成功呢！

过节前一天，用酒，生抽酱油，盐和少许糖先腌好火鸡。

感恩节烤火鸡步骤：

1。烤箱加热至400华氏度。

2。火鸡在烤锅里肚子朝上放，将洋葱、芹菜，加少许盐和油，放入火鸡肚子里

3。放大约一杯水于烤锅底部，烤出的火鸡不会太老。红薯去皮，切块，摆放在烤锅火鸡旁。

4。切放洋葱放火鸡皮上，烤出的火鸡会很香。

5。计算烤火鸡的时间 - 用此公式：15分钟x?镑数+25分钟：15x12+25 = 205分钟也就是12镑火鸡需要3小时25分钟

6。火鸡烤锅加盖，放到已加热至400华氏度的烤炉，烤3小时25分钟。每烤一个钟头，加酱（酱油，盐和胡椒）。最后半小时，去掉盖烤火鸡，皮上抹油，这样火鸡皮会脆。
