父亲节主日的祷告

今天父亲节主日，轻舟很荣幸地在活水教堂为父亲们祈祷。祷告词是教会同工写的，轻舟今晚随笔将祷告文翻译为中文，并分享如下：

Father --   天父

Bless the man who chooses to walk according to Your Word  祝福遵从您话语的父亲

Help his family grow to know You more.   帮助他的家人更好地认识您

May the choices he makes strengthen the bonds of love  愿他的选择加深爱的纽带

As your blessings upon them pour.   愿您的福杯满溢

 

Touch the man who questions the course his life has taken  感动那些还未选择上帝的父亲

Bring him back to the truth of Your Word  带他回到您的话语中

That his children may see his repentant heart  让他的孩子们看到他的忏悔

And hold fast to what they have heard.  并切切听从您的话语

 

Nurture the man who still walks alone   看顾独行的父亲

Direct him in the paths he should take  带领他行走到他当行的路上

Help him to grow in obedience and faith -  帮助他在信仰和顺从中成长

A tru?ly strong father to make.   成为灵命坚强的父亲

?

Honor the man who has gone on before 尊重已离世的父亲

And left a legacy of blessings and grace 以及他传承下来的祝福和恩惠

May his family remember with fondness and love  愿他的家庭成员在温暖和爱中纪念

The dad that none can replace   这无可代替的父亲

 

May Your love and peace rest upon all the lives of all the father's and their families on this day as we honor their commitment.?
