Crataegus (dried fruit ), Cassia Seed (herbal seed).
Indication:
Cleaning out the poison from the body, soothing and relieving constipation, losing body weight to keep you healthy. Usually lose 6-10 pounds in 2 weeks and keep it off.
Usage:
Use 2 handfuls of Crataegus (150 grams or 5.3 oz) and 1 handful of Cassia seed (80 grams or 2.8 oz); Mix them together; Wash off the dirt from them; boil them 1st with 1 gallon of water then slow boil for 30 minutes; pour the soup out into a jar; boil them again with 1 gallon of water for 30 minutes. Mix these 2 portions of soup together. Put them into a fruit jar and store them in the Fridge.
Precautions:

(3) Drink at least 2 big glasses a day
