读点书，走点路

过去的这大半年，懒懒地随便读了些书，我喜欢读故事书，读成本的故事书让我感觉与作者生活了一段时间，会有一些交流。这几十本书，很多是碰到什么读什么，读之前并没有明确的选择。有些书因为喜欢，就去多追几本同一个作者的。其中一个是（ Haruki Murakami，村上春树），读他第一本（Norwegian Wood）的时候，确实和其他朋友所感受的那样，象是掉进了一个深深的黑洞，非常非常的压抑，然后我停了一段时间以后才读他的另几本。读完几本以后，我没有了掉进黑洞的感觉，而是理解了作者对于人生坦白和痛苦的思考。

Daniel Siegel, MD的几本是关于儿童和青少年大脑发育的，从神经科学的角度指导父母与孩子的交流，很通俗地讲解了大脑发育和孩子的情感发展的关系，是很好的科普读物。

Marie Kondo的The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing写的真好，她的理念也很好，让我们在对待物质的东西去留的问题上体会到情感上对将来不确定的恐慌和对过去的难以割舍。

其他那些书我就是读故事了，我比较喜欢读悬念小说，曾今有读了过多悬念小说而不敢睡觉的经历。

关于走的路，春天去了河南和福建，爬了少石山和武夷山，在武夷山看到了梦中的三样东西：映山红，竹林和竹笋，茶园和春茶。

列出这个书单，自己都不好意思，这大半年敢情就读闲书了（还有几本从图书馆借的，书名都忘了）。
