Bipolar I Disorder (一型双向情感障碍)

There are six separate criteria sets for Bipolar I Disorder: 一型双向情感障碍分别有六组诊断标准
Single Manic Epsisode, Most Recent Episode Hypomanic, Most Recent Episode Manic, Most Recent Episode Mixed, Most Recent Episode Depressed, and Most Recent Episode Unspecified. Bipolar I Disorder, Single Manic Episode, is used to describe individuals who are having a first episode of mania. The remaining criteria sets are used to specify the nature of the current (or most recent) episode in individuals who have had recurrent mood episodes.
包括单次躁狂发作, 最新亚躁狂发作, 最新躁狂发作, 最新混合型发作, 最新忧郁发作, 和最新不典型发作.其中一型双向情感障碍的单次躁狂发作用于描述那些第一次发病而且是躁狂发作的患者.其它的诊断标准用于描述患者现有的状况(或者是最近期的),而这些患者有反复发作的表现.

Bipolar I Disorder, Single Manic Episode一型双向情感障碍,单次躁狂发作

A. Presence of only one Manic Episode and no past Major Depressive Episodes.
仅出现一次躁狂发作并无严重忧郁发作的过去史

B. The Manic Episode is not better accounted for by Schizoaffective Disorder and is not superimposed on Schizophrenia, Schizophreniform Disorder, Delusional Disorder, or Psychotic Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.
以上躁狂发作不是因情感分裂型障碍引起,也不是叠加的精神分裂症,精神分裂性质的障碍,妄想性障碍或一些其它的精神疾病的症状.

Bipolar I Disorder, Most Recent Episode Hypomanic一型双向情感障碍,最新亚躁狂发作

A. Currently (or most recently) in a Hypomanic Episode.亚躁狂正在发作或发作不久

B. There has previously been at least one Manic Episode or Mixed Episode.
以前至少有一次躁狂发作或混合发作

C. The mood symptoms cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.
情感的发作引起了显著的临床意义上的不适或者影响到社交,职业,或其它重要方面的障碍.

D. The mood episodes in Criteria A and B are not better accounted for by Schizoaffective Disorder and are not superimposed on Schizophrenia, Schizophreniform Disorder, Delusional Disorder, or Psychotic Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.
以上的情感障碍发作不是因情感分裂型障碍引起,也不是叠加的精神分裂症,精神分裂性质的障碍,妄想性障碍或一些其它的精神疾病的症状.
