The XML page cannot be displayed

Background: When running a concurrent program with E-text template, the report completed normally, but got the below error message when opening the output file:

The XML page cannot be displayed.

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet, Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

An invalid character was found in text content, Error processing resource ‘https://…..

Situation: If upload directly the E-text template to template through XML publisher administrator, the issue does not exist. The error page shows only when the template file got uploaded by using XDOLoader.

Solution: for uploading E-Text template, the XDO_FILE_TYPE has to be ‘RTF-ETEXT’ instead of ‘RTF’.

For example:

XML_PUBL_TEMPLATE_ALL="IBY/POSTIVE_PAY_FILE/XX_AP_POSITIVE_PAY.rtf/en//TEMPLATE/RTF-ETEXT"
