Migration steps once the development for a SOW is done

1)      Finish all necessary docs (move to production, SOW…).

2)      Do SVN Submit – this will move all changes (codes and docs) to SVN dev.

3)      Upload SOW in Remedy if there are changes in the doc.

4)      Move all changes from SVN dev to SVN pre-prod

Right click on specific cemli folder -> Tortoise SVN -> Repo-Browser, right click on the specific folder ‘1 – Dev’, copy to … -> http://caenim01.caecorp.cae.com:7700/svn02/erp/Pre-Prod/2128 Oracle Check Printing (change ‘1 – Dev’ to ‘Pre-Prod’ in original path).

After this step, all changes will be moved from SVN dev to SVN pre-prod.

              Manager will move the related files from SVN pre-prod to SVN prod.
              DBA will take the changes from SVN prod and move to EBS prod.
