HBO has been playing this movie a lot lately.
It’s this quirky intelligent little movie filled with phenomenal music.
It’s written and directed by Zach Braff (recall D.J. in NBC’s sitcom Scrub??).
It’s about “A young man returns home for his mother's funeral after being estranged from his family for a decade. “ And he found his true love (in the form of Natalie Portman) in his home state the Garden State (New Jersey).
It has a certain light sadness throughout the movie. And we as the perfect observer can’t help being moved in the process.
